Life Without Office: How to Manage a Remote Team

This report is based on 7+ years of my experience in project management in distributed and remote teams (working on the development of technical documentation and the software in this field).
We will discuss the pros and cons of remote work from different perspectives: management and employees. I will reveal the main advice helping to organize this process most successfully for all participants: how to structure the work process, how to manage teamwork, what tools are more effective, what problems and risks are possible, and how to avoid them. The report will be interesting both for those who are thinking about creating a remote team and for leaders of traditional distributed teams, as well as for all current or potential remote employees.
