At first glance, an educated person engaged in the design and development of it systems, knows all about the practical side of thinking. In reality, even specialists with extensive experience make systematic mistakes. And when it comes to the team process, the situation worsens many times.

On the example of projects that I have consulted and done myself, let’s consider what are the failures in the process of designing it systems, what happens when the problem is solved by the team and how knowledge about thinking from psychology, philosophy and medicine can help us.
