In my report I will explain what “DeepDive” approach is, explain the idea of “AREAS, SCENARIO, EXPERTS” triad, I will share our experience in creation of pool of experts, tell the audience what difficulties we’ve faced and which solutions have helped us to release this approach in outsource organization with conditions of uncertainty.
